HVAP has made three types of funding provisions: 1) Value Chain Fund, 2) Production and Post-harvest Support Fund and 3) Spatial Inclusion Fund. The purpose of the Value Chain Fund is to allow agri-businesses, value chain groups and cooperatives to make essential investment to facilitate the production and subsequent primary processing/storage of selected high value commodities.
